WHAT THE FEATURES MEAN
Plain-language definitions for the services inside each plan.
Device allowance
The number of covered computers, phones, tablets, smart-home products, or other agreed devices assigned to the plan.
Remote support session
A scheduled remote appointment used to solve problems, configure services, or provide individual training without an on-site visit.
Response time and priority
The target time to acknowledge a request and begin coordinating help. Urgent handling remains subject to availability and the nature of the issue.
Advanced password system
Password-manager setup, credential organization or import, autofill, secure recovery, and use across supported devices.
Cloud management and automation
Setup, organization, syncing, sharing, protection, and automatic photo, document, or device backup using supported cloud services.
Smart-home and network optimization
Review compatible smart products, routines, apps, Wi-Fi security, router or extender placement, device connections, naming, and guest access.
Security and privacy protection
Updates, encryption, screen locks, security software, account protection, safer browser settings, privacy permissions, and reduced unnecessary data sharing.
Digital legacy planning
Document how trusted people can locate or manage important digital accounts and data if the account holder becomes unable to do so.
SELECTING A PLAN
Start with your household, devices, and support goals.
During the Residential Technology Call, we will discuss the number of devices, recurring problems, security concerns, preferred response time, smart-home environment, and whether ongoing organization or backup planning is important.
1
Count the supported devices. Include computers, phones, tablets, and agreed smart-home products.
2
Consider support frequency. Decide whether one, two, or four remote sessions per month better matches your needs.
3
Review response expectations. Bronze uses a 24–48-hour target, while Silver and Gold include same-day priority handling.
4
Choose the depth of care. Gold adds more advanced organization, security, backup, privacy, smart-home, and recovery services.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Important details about plan coverage.
Why are prices not shown?
Plan pricing is reviewed during your consultation so the current offer, household scope, supported devices, and any additional-family-member needs can be confirmed before enrollment.
Are all devices automatically covered?
No. Plan scope is based on the supported devices and agreed services assigned to the plan. The device list should be confirmed when the plan begins and updated when equipment changes.
Are on-site visits included?
The published plan benefits focus on remote support sessions. On-site service, when available and appropriate, should be confirmed separately based on location, travel, equipment, and work scope.
Are software, subscriptions, and parts included?
Product purchases, third-party subscriptions, internet service, software licenses, equipment, and replacement parts are separate unless expressly included.
Does monitoring guarantee every problem will be detected?
No. Ongoing monitoring is a periodic review of agreed device health, security alerts, storage, updates, or backup status. It is not a guarantee that every event will be detected.
Can the plan change later?
Yes. A household can review its device count, support usage, response needs, and desired service depth when deciding whether another plan is a better fit.
